HI, I am getting error while try to enable NetFX3 in my Win 8 pc using " 

dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /Source:d:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess command.
it stucks at 65.8%.

Please ensure the contents in the d:\sources\sxs directory are valid and you can also try to copy another one from the Windows installation media. You can try again referring to the following articles:
