Unable to backup file out of my personal profile to an external hardrive. I get an error saying "the directory is read only, please select another".
Was able to backup from Admin profile.Manufactures states problem is a file or setting blocking transfer, maybe a attrib file problem. How do I find problem to correct.Last backed up in August without a problem.Not aware of any major changes to computer, May have added AVG anti virius protection since last update.1 person needs an answerI do too
