Hello Zoran radovanovic,

To snap apps, you need a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768.

About how to spit screen Windows 8.1, try to press either Windows logo key +Left Arrow or Windows logo key +Right Arrow.

I am still unsure based off the description that you have provided, but it sounds as though you are not seeing the X in the upper right corner to close modern apps in Windows 8.1. If this is the case, there is a hotfix available that may resolve the issue.

I do not receive update to full window.

What is your hardware?  E.g. if you have a pointer which is seen more as a pen pointer than a mouse you would have your symptom.  Provided you have a keyboard though it does not matter that you can't see the controls which were intended for real mouse users.  You don't even need a Win- key though it would help.  For example, Alt-Space can show the window menu same as ever but Win-CursorDown could be used instead of Alt-Space C to close the window.

So, provided you can do those things, you probably do have W8.1.1 or maybe even W8.1.2.  E.g. in View Windows Update History see what it says at the top.  There may be a line up at the top which says "Most recent cumulative update: KB3000850"  That would be W8.1.2.  Then you would have all of your possible updates but still not be able to see the UI feature that you want because of your hardware.
