Unable to run active directory users and computers from my domain account
I normally log onto my computer with a domain account and runactive directory users and computers elevated to my domain administrator account. I am unable to this in windows 7. Any suggestions?

Install the management tools for Windows Server on your Windows 7 machine.
I assume the Windows 7 machine is a member of the domain.
