Unable to view web page.
I have a Dell latitude D600 with built in wifi. I am not able to connect to the internet with it anymore. It shows it is connected at 100% signal. I bought a ralink external wifi adapter and it worked for awhile as did the internal one. It shows I am connected as well but cannot bring up any web pages. They all say the same "unable to connect to the web page". What could be going wrong. I have tried system restore to no avail. The ralink worked fine for a couple of weeks. I took it back to where I bought it and they said it was fine. Can anyone help?1 person needs an answerI do too

HiWhen it said connected but does not really provide Internet connection, it usually means that the Wireless card works and can see the signal but cannot log onto the Wireless Router and get an IP address. If you can use a cable to connect to the Router (read the Router's manual) log to the Router's menu and check the Wireless setting.Disable the Wireless security and see if you can connect with No security.Once you can enable the security. In general. My Wireless does not work - http://www.ezlan.net/wireless.htmlWireless Basic Configuration - http://www.ezlan.net/Wireless_Config.htmlWireless Security - http://www.ezlan.net/Wireless_Security.html Jack, MVP-Networking.
