I want to back up files to DVD but when I SEND to Drive D Windows tell me it has a problem with copying the folder and asks me what I want Windows to do - skip or cancel. I then tried to create a new folder in Drive D so I can copy and paste files instead of the folder but File system error 16389 tells me it cannot create a new folder.What do I do now? I suspected a virus but I just scanned my files and there seems to be no infected files. Any help will be greatly appreciated.2 people need an answerI do too
