I like many others am experiencing numerous unexpected shutdowns each day. I close my email and internet explorer every night when I am ready to go to bed and when I get up in the morning I get "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" with nothing open. I also have this happen several time per day sometimes when I am just listening to music thru the media palyer. I have recently replaced the video card, sound card and monitor because the monitor failed and HP put the sound and video on one PCB. I have updated the drivers for each one of these devices. I do not know how to update the BIOS on my computer.
