Unexpected Windows Update
My Automatic Updates is set to Notify and not Download or Install. Today, after being on the Internet for a few hours I shut down my PC and the Turn Off button had the notice that an update will be installed during shutdown. I re-started my PC, went to Add/Remove Programs with Show Updates checked, but there was nothing new listed. The last update I may have downloaded was the Malicious Software Removal Tool several days ago. Any ideas what was installed?1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi OUgrad, ·After the last update installed did you restart the computer?·What is the service pack installed on your computer? Check if any updates are listed in update history, to check the update history follow the below steps:a. Click Start, click All Programs, and then click Windows Update or Microsoft Update.b. On the Windows Update Web site or on the Microsoft Update Web site, click Review your update history.c. A window opens that shows all the updates that have been installed or that have failed to install on the computer.
