I have 76 updates marked as imporant but when I click install: "Not needed"

I know that you can do the updates manualy but coz the links are hard to find and sometimes imposible and coz they are 76 I wont do it manualy.

I just reinstalled my Windows and I never had I problem like this before, what can I do?

I don't know what happened but all the updates were installed... I did nothing just tryed again
