Use decimal or hexadecimal,microsoft support article does not specify? re: Article ID: 811832
I am trying to configure the new registry key according to Microsoft Support Article ID: 811832, everything goes well but in my registry editor there is a base option with either decimal or hexadecimal. I'm not sure which to use and the support article doesn't specify. Thanks1 person got this answerI do too

bf-109, It look like the only settings are 0 and 1 for XP. Since the only options are 0 and 1 it doesn't matter if it's decimal or hex. Let me know if that helps.Viza

Hi Viza, Thank you very much for answering my question, I just wanted to make sure I edited the new dword value correctly or find out if I needed to go back and edit it with a different base option than the one I used. Thanks again for your help im still learning and want to learn more about my computer all the time. I think this forum is a great place to get help or find answers.
