I have been using XP for many years but never set up user accounts. I have now done this for the 4 people in my household. Swtiching between accounts works fine. However, when I log a user off. The screen goes blank and I cannot get the welcome screen back at all. Pressing Alt/CTRL/Del does nothing. Nothing works. The PC continues to run and the screen stays 'live' (i.e the 'awake' light remains on). The only option is to turn the box off (press and hold). Obviously this problem defeats the objetc of having user accounts!Any idea what I can do to resolve this please? Thank you in advance. 1 person needs an answerI do too
