Try to log on in guest account as it only show up and then go to start and log off. See if you can see admin account or not. Some thrid-party software will do this but it also might be Virus infection. If you could run into admin account , the log on to: http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm And run full system scan, using Internet Explorer and make sure you allow pop up and Active X when needed.

Try to contact Microsoft support and discuss issue with them. Also you might try to use Windows CD if you have and use repair option to repair your system. The other option is to use this tools : http://security.symantec.com/nbrt/nbrt.asp?lcid=1033&origin=default And see if you can resolve the problem or not.

You should use another PC and then log on to the website and download tools there(NOT in your corrent PC) , then log on to website make a CD/DVD or Removable Device ready to create boot , follow instrution to create boot and then back to your own PC and then boot using device that you use CD/DVD or External Device. I am also suggesting that contact Microsoft Support for help about this.
