User profile redirection

I thought that I followed this Microsoft document  Folder Redirection Overview to redirect the folders of a user on Windows 8 (according to my notes).  Now, I do not seem to do it. Here is the screenshot of Local Group Policy Editor:

I cannot find anything related to folder redirection.  Am I looking at the wrong place?  Any tip will be greatly apprecia

Folder Redirection is not available in the Local Group Policy Editor. If you want to enable Folder Redirection on a standalone computer, you will need to do so manually by logging in as the user in question and changing the entry on the Location tab for each folders Properties under their User folder.

If you would like to configure Folder Redirection on a domain, you will need to edit the Group Policies through GPMC.

Thank you for the clarification, Brandon.

I redirected all the user folders (Documents, Pictures,...) to a secondary drive long time ago (in 2013). I thought I did it in a way without dealing with each individual folder by following the linked document (at least that is what I wrote in my notes).  Maybe the document has changed or Win8 has changed.

Anyway, I am all set. Changing each folder individually is not a big deal at all.
