Just wanted to quickly check if there are any known limitations in using UCWA (Unified Communications Web API) & UCMA (Unified Communication Managed API) for the following features

• Instant Messaging
• Group Messaging
• Video Calls
• Online Meetings
• User Presence Indication
• Audio / Video Conferencing

Also throw some light on the LYNC 2013 license involved in achieving this. Do we need to buy Lync 2013 Server license or can i manage the license by purchasing Office 365 account (Office 365 Enterpris

You can use the Office 365 plan for you Licenses.

You can use Office 365 for all your needed requirements depending on the max of users in a meeting.
