Hi,There are many reasons for the VPN disconnecting frequently, such as network connection, firewall or 3rd party anti-virus software and so on. For we are not able to determine which reason lead to the issue, we suggest you can follow the steps one by one to check the issue.
Firstly, try to dial another VPN by using the same network and PC.
If it works normally, it may be the terminal server, terminal router or the terminal PC problem. Make sure that the firewall of terminal PC turning off and the anti-virus of terminal PC is uninstalled. Also, contact your terminal administrator for help.
If it doesnt work, try to dial the original VPN by using another network and the original PC. If it works, maybe it is the network connection problem, such as network signal strength or the network congestion. You would better choose another network to dial VPN.
If the steps above still dont work, try to dial the original VPN by using the original network but another PC. If it works, maybe it is the problem in host PC. Make sure that the anti-virus in host PC is uninstalled and the firewall is disable.
Also, you can learn more information about the reasons for VPN disconnecting.
