Hi, Thank you for your post. Regarding the issue, please refer to the following Knowledge Base and try the resolution: Error message when you access the shared resources in a cooperation network over a VPN connection from a Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008-based client computer: "0x80004005" or "0x80070035" http://support.microsoft.com/kb/958285 Just as a test, if you have another connection, please check if it will encounter the same issue. Hi, Thank you for updating. May I know if other share resources can be accessed when the VPN connection is established? Regarding the issue, you may also refer to the following document: In Windows Vista, you cannot access any resources on a remote VPN server after you switch a network connection from one network adapter to another network adapter and then dial a VPN connection http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930163 If you just cannot access the database of the quickbook and accessing other shares is O.K., this should be related to the software, therefore, please contact Intuit for technical support.
