Vaio windows 7 delayed start-up
Recently got a sony Vaio laptop and about a week ago everytime i turn the power button on i get nothing for about 5-8 seconds. the power button lights up but nothing starts. It did not do this when i got it and has me completly lost. i have uninstalled programs, games anything new i put on myself and no difference i have also system restored a couple of times still no change. i have also run every diagnostic tool available and nothing. everything works fine once its on and running but this delay has me worried especially as its not even 2 months old yet. windows 7 home premium intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M370 @ 2.4ghz 4 GB RAM 64-bit operating system

If the issue happens before Windows starts, it it a hardware issue and you should contact the support of the laptop manufacture.
