My situation is a bit different - I periodically go through and delete emails and I was doing that, approximately June 5. So I finished my deleting and then I went to the delete folder files and permanently deleted them. That is when the problem happened. Those all disappeared and so did all of my remaining 2010 emails from the In box folder. In fact, now, everytime I open Outlook Express, it goes through the motions of retrieving emails, says it is finished but none display. This is a bit different. First, while in the Inbox: View | Current View. Make sure Show All Messages is checked and nothing else.If that does not resolve it, (I don't think it will), then there is dbx file corruption. You could try to repair each file one by one, but I think this will be easier.Create a new identity and test it. File | Identity | Add New Identity. If it is working, post back and then we will see about moving your messages over.
