Hello, I have an Acer Aspire E1 531 laptop which comes with 128 MB Video Memory and it is not adjustable in UEFI or BIOS however now I only see 64 MB of video memory in BIOS, what could be the problem and how can I solve it?

This is by principle. Unless you observe decrease of performance you do not need to solve anything.

Do you use the Intel HD graphic card?

Based on my memory, all memory from intel HD graphics is taken from RAM, and its dynamic allocated.

Maybe you should contact the Intel for more information.
