I use the virtual WIFI function in Windows 7 (via Connectify) to create a hotspot in my hotel rooms for my Iphone. Two days ago, the virtual WIFI connection stopped giving any Router or DNS information to my phone. It gets an ip and subnet, but nothing else. I don't recall what IP's I used to get, but the current ip is not in the 192.168.x.x range. Ive tried removing the wireless card from the hardware list and letting windows reinstall it. I've also updated my driver (although it was working fine with the previous driver.) I also tried using an AdHoc setup. No solution so far. I did have a software update for MagicJack happen during the time the issue began. I spoke with MagicJack support - they insist it isn't their issue. Any thoughts? Richard

Since the issue occurred after updating the MagicJack, I suggest performing a System Restore to check if it can resolve the issue. If the issue persists, you can use the following commands to reset the virtual WIFI.
