I have installed MS Security Essentials on my computer with Vista. It indicates that the virus and spyware definitions are old. When I try to 'update' them it shows my through progress bar that it is updating but at the end of the process it says 'connection failed'. I saw somewhere that I I should restart service.msn through the 'Start' but when I search it I can't find it. Please help Thank you!
