Vista Home Premium & NAT drive problems
Hi all, I have a network attached drive going through my router but I get the following error message when I double click the drive in my 'networks'. Windows cannot access// NAME with error code 0x80070035 I then follow the screen and diagnose the problem then I get: "NAME" is not set up to establish a connection on port "File and printer sharing (SMB)" with this computer. I am using windows firewall with 'file and printer sharing' allowed. I am also using Kaspersky anti-virus, bu have disable that but nothing changes and I still cannot access my drive. Below are my ipconfig files. Any idea what is going wrong here?Microsoft Windows [Version 6.0.6001]Copyright (c) 2006 Microsoft Corporation. Hi Karl, I suggest temporary turning off the firewall in the Windows Vista, the Network attached drive device and other network devices between the two products (such as the Router) to check the result. Hope it helps.
