Vista SP1 RDP to Vista SP1 -- NLA fails on client? O_o
I recently put Vista Business on my machine at work. Enabled RDP with NLA.My home machine is using Vista Business SP1, also Enabled RDP with NLAWhenever I try and connect to my remote machine from home I get this error: "The remote computer requires Network Level Authentication, which your computer does not support. For assistance..."Okay so I open my home computers RDP client, go to the about menu:"Network Level Authentication Supported""Remote Desktop Protocol 6.1 supported"Now it all works fine if I get turn off NLA (ie. the middle option when enabling rdp on vista). So what is going on here? Thanks,Stephen

Same here, both systems are Windows Vista x64 SP1, remote system requires NLA and RDP client on my laptop states that my computer does not support NLA. And I'm pretty sure it worked a few days ago.

Exactly the same scenario here. Have you found a solution yet.

Exactly the same with me, and my RDP client works on Windows Server 2008 machines with same remote configuration. Tried adding credssp.dll to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa, still get error.Anybody have any solutions? Where to look?
