As pretty much everyone else has said, no... You don't get a free or discounted copy. BUT... You CAN get access to such - if you sign up for Technet Plus. Technet Plus is a subscription based service offered by Microsoft that gives subscribers access to pretty much everything Microsoft has ever released. That's including past versions of Windows, Office and other business software. The software is "non-expiring trial software" meaning it's for your personal evaluation and you can use it but it's not going to expire like regular free evaluation versions offered by Microsoft. You also get free support calls. It will only cost you $349 USD.

However, another public release is due (dates range from 10 April to end of May) so all I can suggest is that you keep an eye on the newsgroups and download the release candidate when it is released.
