WDSmartWareBackgroundService.exe error__
The following error message occurs during shut-down of computer: “WDSmartWareBackgroundService.exe error: The instruction at ox74985dfe referenced memory ox00000020 the memory could not be read.” Is this a Western Digital problem or a MS windows XP problem? Error message does not occur when remote drive isdisabled1 person got this answerI do too
