Please don't yell at us. We can hear you if you type normally, in mixed case. Won't accept what? Where are you getting the product key you are trying to enter? If it's on a sticker on the computer, that's the product key for Windows, not for Office or PowerPoint. You don't have a product key unless you've bought Office or PowerPoint. I GOT THIS COMPUTER IN 2010 DO I HAVE OFFICE 2007? Not unless you bought it. Neither Windows 7, nor any other version of Windows, has ever included Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, nor any other significant application software. Such programs have to be bought, either by themselves or as part of Microsoft Office. If your previous computer, running an older version of Windows, came with one or more of these, it was because the vendor who sold it bundled it as part of the package he sold you, not because that version of Windows came with it. Some, but not all, vendors do the same with Windows 7 computers (but if they do, it is very likely just a trial version). Ken Blake

Actually Ken, Microsoft have started to supply "Office 2010 Starter Edition" with new computers. This is a non-trial, non-limited ad-supported version that only has Word and Excel. The user can update to a full version of Office online if required. Although I just deleted it and installed a spare copy of Office 2007. It is not Microsoft supplying it. Some computer manufacturers may be supplying it; that's up to them. This is a non-trial, non-limited ad-supported version that only has Word and Excel.
