WINDOWS OVER-RIDES MY PRINTER DRIVER CD AND INSTALLS ITS OWN DRIVER
Hello, I am trying to install drivers for Canon wide format printer with Canon CD but windows says "windows has determined that this driver is better". How do I stop windows installing its own driver version? Thanks in advance. Robert

Are the drivers on the CD specifically for Windows 7? What is the exact model and series of your printer? Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Hi Robert, I suggest going to Canon site to obtain the latest version of the driver: Please Note: Since the website is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice.
