Anny55. I am trying your solution to fix my problem. I have a spare computer I keep in the playroom for my daughters to use. One of them must have altered the settings because when you turn the computer on it goes to the welcome screen with no user accounts. I press ctrl, alt, del twice and it brings me to a sign on screen. This computer was given to me by a neighbor. They can not recall any passwrd or user name. The box that pops up has Admin already written in the username field. I tried to just hit ok, but it tells me it can't log me on, to check my domain ect. I read your post. So I went back and tried to complete to user name field to read Administrator instead of just Admin, and pressing ok. Well, that didn't work either, but I got a different message this time. it reads cannot log you in because of account restrictions. I was hoping you could help. The girls love playing on this computer, and it great for them to practice, and learn, and it was free. It also keeps them away from my nice computer. Its works great, I don't want to have to throw it away. Help.
