I have a problem getting the welcome screen and switching user accounts. I receive a message that "A recently installed program has disabled the Welcome screen and Fast User Switching . To restore these features , you must uninstall the program. The following file name might help you identify the program that made the change: msgina.dll after i find this file and try to delete it, i get the: "cannot access msgina. make sure disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use."1 person needs an answerI do too
