Hello,
Suppose i have 1TB HDD, If i allocated drive c more than 300 Gb or 500GB, it impact of speed
instead under 50Gb ?
In total, Larger partitions better than smaller?(For speed and other )
What is difference?

I'm not too knowledgeable on the science of HDD's, however I'm not so sure the size matters as much as the read/write speed and how well de-fragmented the drive is. If data it needs to access is all over the place then the arm needs to move much more.

Hi
In addition to what has been mentioned by Acreed02, from the angle of performance for hard drive, we cannot just say that the smaller the better.
Here is a blog article talking about this and it is for your reference.
