What is the procedure to do a clean install with the full and upgrade versions of Windows 7
At some time all computers need to be reformatted for a number of reasons or you may just want a squeaky clean computer again. What is the procedure to do a clean install with the fulland upgrade versions of Windows 7. Please, I prefer an answer from a Microsoft Tech. . . Thanks.

The answer hasn't changed since this post from you - http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/GettingReadyforWindows7/thread/c566962b-3f19-4d99-b8ce-26802e553ada - where a Microsoft Tech answered this very question for you. Or this post from you - http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7itproinstall/thread/6b34dcf9-61aa-4256-8acd-c4aa1433bfcb - also answered by a Microsoft Tech. In summary, if you want to do a format and you're using the upgrade version - format, reinstall and reactivate your qualifying OS, upgrade to Win 7 (or restore an image, as suggested in the second thread). If you're using the full version, it works just like any other full version OS - format, install Win 7.
