Open Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Update, is it displayed as Spanish? Which version of your system, did you install the language package? Did this issue happen before? The System Was Previously in Spanish I Changed it to English but when i open windows update its displayed in Spanish i have windows 7 ultimateJuan Sandoval

Hi Juan Sandoval, How did you change the system language? Did you install the language pack? Refer to: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972813 Since you're running Windows 7 Ultimate, you can install the language pack and choose to display the English.
