When application is launched a windows installer small window pops up w/ an option to cancel but it keeps popping up even when cancelled.
Suspect when downloaded Windows installer 3.1 that the small window pops up when launcing almost every application saying windows installer, preparing to install.... Doesn't make sense because nothing is being installed at the time.4 people need an answerI do too
