When contacting your support team, reference error ID 1 (source ID 0).

Been getting this error when using lync 2013. Message goes through, but this keeps displaying after the message.

"When contacting your support team, reference error ID 1 (source ID 0)."

Hi,

Did the issue happen when your are external or both external and internal?

Did the issue happen when you IM federation users?

The error may cause by the issue of ports, here is a link below with the similar issue with you:

If the issue persists, you can use the Lync server logging tool to test the process of IM.
