When I try to get online, the screen says there is a problem and can't disdplay the page. It says I should try to refresh, but that does NOTHING!!!!!!!!If I get on in safe mode, there is a "keyboard failure" that makes my computer freeze if I press ANY button on my keyboard. Someone told me this might be happening because I need to empty my ARP cache but I don't know how to do this. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 person needs an answerI do too
