Why does does Bluetooth Personal Area Network number increment
Vista SP2 HP Paviion DV6353us I have been playing around with some cheap USB thumbnail Bluetooth transceivers (they show up in Device Manager as CSR Bluetooth radio) and having limited success getting my laptop to handshake with a Microsoft Notebook Bluetooth Mouse 5000. (Not the topic of this thread, but any help to make this more robust would be welcome). Every time I remove and re-install the radio, it seems that both the Bluetooth Personal Area Network number and the Bluetooth RFCOMM Protocol TDI number increment. I am up to #9. Why are they incrementing and what effect will this have if any on my laptop ?
