The root cause of the issue should be more related to the driver of your Graphic device. Please update it from the device provider website.

Hi, i have tried to update it but i read online that i should uninstall it first so i did that and then reinstalled it. i reset my pc and now it is saying '
your computer was unable to start'
anyways is there an easier way to 'update' my drivers? because this seemed to have angered it a little..
my graphics card is a 'NIVIDIA GeForce GTX 460'
is there any more info you could give me on how to fix this? would be amazing
Ps thanks for the quick responce.
thanks

Hi Guys,
This seems to not have fixed the issue. I dont know wether i have done it wrong or the driver was not the issue but i got another dump file.

If it still is the driver issue can you please give me indepth instructions on how to reinstall it?
Thanks so much

Yes the New Dump folder is zipped with one file inside because of only one crash thats why it is one kb :)

Hi,
I suggest you uploading your dump file directly without zipping. If the dump file size is 1KB also, let us wait and see whether encounter the BSOD again. Kim Zhou
