Why doesn't local administrator group have full administrator rights?
I have Windows 7 Home Premium and have one user account set as Administrator. I have full rights to all directories and yet I still have to right click to run certain programs and I still cannot copy certain files into the directory that I have full
rights to. Any solutions?
