1. Try to "crosspost" in HP forum http://h30499.www3.hp.com/ Be more specific on the mouse forum and add info (see 2). Before you do it, give a try to HP native driver, something like http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&lc=en&product=5163460& Exact page depends on your mouse model number. 2. Look into event logs if there is any trace (warning or error). Add information on bit version of Windows 7 that you use. Regards Milos

Good morning can anyone help I have just bought a HP wifi mouse and it won't work with my computer it say's it has paired with the computer but still won't work Colin
