I would like to know where I will be able to download a non click to run version of Skype for Business when it is released tomorrow. I need the normal installer because I need to turn off the feature, 'Microsoft Sharepoint Foundation Support' as it breaks Outlook in Office 2007.

There won't really be a separate install, it's going to be a patch to the 2013 client.  You'd have to combine the patch and the client itself into your package if you want to do this. 

I guess I would need the KB number then that designates the update so I can install it and test it myself.
