Win7 RC help, network problem
windows 7 installed easily with no complications on my computer.my computer currently has win xp home.i installed the drivers for my network wireless card onto win7 but, its now working the way it should.what i suppose the problem is, is that the driver macufacterer stopped updates at xp.i heard there is a way to run it into xp mode so that it will work.how can i do this?

You can run programs in XP mode but not drivers. Drivers need to be written for Window 7 or Vista. What wireless card do you have?Kerry Brown MS-MVP - Windows Desktop Experience

my current card is very old, this i know.its manufacterer is AirLink101and the card model is awlh3026t

The Airlink website says the XP driver is compatible with Vista. That is unusual. That driver probably won't work in Windows 7 but you could try it. The have a new driver for XP SP3.http://www.airlink101.com/support/index.php?cmd=files&id=84I think it uses the Ralink 2500 chipset.
