Trying to get RTM from my Technet Plus subscription, however the links of "Keys" and "Download" are greyed out. I keep refreshing the page but still no active links.Anyone else getting this?Ray

Well I have a couple of old Technet subscriptionsthat still show up on my account. I have the current one as default but every once in a while I have to go to the Maganae My Subscriptions page and reselect it and then click on downloads and product keys just below the subscription list (clicking on the link in the top will not work).

Ok thanks, I was trying to get in using my live account (I'm sure it worked before) I logged out and logged back in with my old info and it was good. Now I'm smiling.Ray
