WinPE: Create USB Bootable Drive

Hello,

I am trying to create a bootable USB drive with WinPE and have already downloaded and installed Windows ADK.  When I try to run the copype command I get the following error whether I use x86 or amd64.

ERROR: The following processor architecture was not found: amd64 (or x86).

Does the USB creation need to be done from the computer that I eventually want to boot the USB drive from?

Hi,

Can you supply a screenshot of the cmd windows please? Are you running the Deployment and imaging command prompt or native cmd?

Thanks,

Hi javier,

We hope your issue has been resolved, if you've found solution by yourself. We would appreciate it if you could share with us and we will mark it as answer.

Since other users reported that same issue could be caused by not running this command in Deployment and imaging command prompt as mentioned by Adam, we suggest check on that first.

Regards,

D. Wu
