Win 7 Pro will not boot.
Black Machine has 2 SATA drives; the slave (yes as a slave, not a duo boot) has XP and the master has Win 7 Pro. I have been running this way for about 5 months. When I swap SATA1 - SATA2 the machine will boot up in XP and I can access the drive with all programs and data, proving the Win 7 drive works. I have tried the DVD ISO, USB and System Recovery disk. Downloaded from MS originally and another source Burned both to DVD using different software Also burned to USB Flash drive All images startup on other machines but not on the Black Machine Loaded system Recovery Disk booted up asked to repair - message came back 'could not repair' I have made numerous BIOS changes, includihng default reset, to reflect the different configuations and boot sequences. Now all I get is a screen telling me to insert the install disk and restart the machine. Again, I get the same screen telling me to insert the installation disk. ISO, Flash, system recovery. Not sure where to go from here.

Boot into Windows 7. Then install EasyBCD from http://neosmart.net/thankyou.php?app=EasyBCD and use that to create the boot option menu you need to choose which OS you want at boot time.
Free Windows Admin Tool Kit Click here and download it now
