Win 7 wireless GPO
My company has started rolling out Windows 7 to a select few. We have a secure wireless connection that the computer has to be a member of wireless access group to connect to it. If the computer stays in the default "Computers" container, it will connect fine. However if I move it to the OU where Group Policy is located it will not even show the connection in the wireless networks. It will only be in the preferred wireless network settings. Any ideas? Has anyone else had the issue. Thanks

From the information you provide it definitely is a GPO issue. One of your existing GPO:s is causing this, you only have to find out which. With the command "gpresult" you can get information on all settings that are applied via group policies.Another method could be to create a new OU and put the machine account in. Then make sure that you block inheritance and then start linking GPO:s, doing a "gpupdate /force" on the machine and verifying functionality. Repeat the procedure with gpupdate and adding a GPO until you find which GPO is causing the problems.
