CNBJ2530.DPB often corrupts. What is the underlying issue that made you run a system file check?
Because you received the source files could not be downloaded you may need to get a win 8.1 image and mount it. After you mount it you point DISM to where you have it mounted by doing this
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:WIM:X:\Sources\Install.wim:1 /LimitAccess Where "X" is the drive letter where the ISO is located.
Simply change the "X" to the correct drive letter
Thanks but from where I can get the win 8.1 pro image?
Regards
Google is your friend.
You can create one by using the media creation tool http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media
Still problem exists

I'd try a different argument for parameter Source:
/Source:g:\Sources
or maybe (although I'm not seeing the dir sxs)
/Source:g:\Sources\sxs
instead of
/Source:WIM:g:\Sources\Install.wim:1
No luck with both source parameters.

Further info
I noticed in the log excerpt you posted, that the files missing are classified nonSxS.
Do you have such folder inside Sources folder?
If so, make the argument of the Source parameter "point" to the correct folder.
it's worth give it a try:
/Source:g:\Sources\nonSxS
ADDED: your CPU is 64 bits, so make sure you're using a disc with 64 bits OS too.I noticed in the log excerpt you posted, that the files missing are classified nonSxS.
