Good day: We have several computers in our company which have now Windows 7... We're having a problem that lot of users have reported... When their computers lock automatically (e.g if they don't use them for about 15 minutes), after that, when they're back and they try to unlock computer by typing their passwords it won't let them access... It says Wrong Password... Sometimes it works when they "Switch User".... but if not they have to Restart computer in order to be able to access Windows.... Unfortunately we haven't been able to test if something in the keyboard changes but as far as I know it might not be the keyboard... I think this might be a problem with a driver or something, but I'm not quite sure... have you heard of this before? Do you think there's a way to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Hi, According the issue , I recommend that you may try to create a new local account, preform a Clean Boot. Then after the computer lock automatically, login with the account. This step is helpful to determine whether the issue is caused by local machine. I also suggest to enter the password with software keyboard to determine if it is a keyboard issue or user account issue. Hi, We too are also seeing a similar issue. Some users who have just been migrated to Win7x64 bit report that after taking their laptops out of the docking station, they cant unlock the machine. Same as above, they can use switch user and are able to login with the same password.
