Windows 7 - network printer problem 0x00000002
I have just installed 4 new DELL Optiplex 780 PCs running 32 bit Windows 7 on my small business network. All network printers loaded automatically and work fine. One PC then stopped printing on a networked SAMSUNG ML4551ND printer (which has 3 paper trays). The printer is connected to the server directly. I tried removing the printer and then tried to add it again but it comes up with an error code 0x0000002 saying Windows cannot add the printer. The printer does appear as a shred printer on the server. I then tried loading it through a local port directed to the server but the only driver available (having run the Windows update) is ML4550. When used with this driver the printer only shows 1 paper tray. Any ideas on how to fix this welcome.
