Windows 7 64bit Professional - Will it connect to Windows 2003 SP2 Server Domain

We are running Windows Server 2003 sp2 and XP Pro workstations connect to it ok. Now we want to start to upgrade the OS - we want to purchase a new laptop with Windows Pro 64 bit . Will this logon to our domain okay, and our Exchange Server - this rins on
Server 2003 SP2 as well

I have Windows 7 32 & 64 bit machines connected to a 2003 SP2 domain.
