Windows 7 64bit version, unable to start certain programs and end process in TM
I recently installed windows 7 and I'm pretty pleased with it, except that like 80 % of all programs are for 32 bit and don't support 64 bit ;l Anyways last night I was turning on winamp and it won't pop up.. just loads and nothing happens then I got to taskmanager to end process on winamp, but the process it self won't go away. I can repeatedly end the same process over and over. Now I can'T open Itunes, Winamp nor msn messenger which makes no sens and in my task manager I noticed I can't end any process at all, yes if I end it the window disappears but the process is still in Task Manager. don't have a clue what I'm to suppose to do, so I ask please help me =)

Greatings,I'm running Winamp 5.56 with no issues so far in Win 7 x64 RTM and I had suffered no issues during Beta/RC with this program. And about Task Manager, I'd replace it for Sysinternals Process Explorer. G'luckW7 RTM x64 running along with Office 2010 x64 TP and Microsoft Essentials Beta x64... hope my computer won't crash! ;)

32bits programs WILL run on 64bits OS. It's just the device drivers that you MUST use 64bits version. You might want to run a hard disk and memory test, and also check for virus.
